Expectations

The analysis process helps you recognize and transform your psychological difficulties and provides practical tools and techniques for overcoming personal and relational challenges.

During your therapy, we meet weekly in grounded, realistic, pragmatic, and empathetic ways that orient you toward the graceful recognition of your problems and the celebration of your understanding and transformation.

Change is a two-step process: understanding and action. Understanding leads to action, and action leads to change. You cannot go from understanding straight to changing without acting. Change is an experiential process. It must be lived.

When you actively engage in your change process, it positively and holistically affects you, your relationships, and how you live, experience, and live a meaningful life.

The picture was taken by me. It is Atmavictu (Breath of Life) carved by Jung. It can still be found in the backyard of his home in Kusnacht, Switzerland.
